Reorders: A minimum of $250 is required. This minimum helps us maintain consistent wholesale pricing and keep our program running smoothly. We appreciate your understanding!
Payment: Orders ship once payment is received. We accept checks or credit cards. If your account was set up before 2022, you are grandfathered in with NET 30 terms. Please note that a 10% late fee may be added to overdue payments.
Shipping: The buyer pays for shipping, which is calculated and added to the order.
Local Options (Madison County, KY): Free local delivery is available, or the buyer can arrange to pick up the order at a public location.
Production Time: Most orders take six weeks to complete from the start date. Please be aware that there may be a waiting list during busy seasons.
Start Date: Orders are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Returns: All sales are final.
Custom Requests: Custom items are considered retail and are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
Fabric: Fabric type and shade may vary.
Branding: Worker Bee tags must remain on the items.
Online Sales: Wholesale Buyers may not sell items on third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, Etsy).
